California Tradewinds prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented community with a low crime rate and active community members.  In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural Committee.  The Board and the Architectural Committee is comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
